Improving Credit Reports and Scores

Check your credit ratings.

This little site aims to provide some information about about credit reports and scores: what they are, how they are calculated, how to check them and most importantly how to improve them.  

At the very least, check scores annually.  You might also want to consider a credit monitoring service.  It is important.  A messed up credit rating can and will cost you thousands or tens of thousands of dollars over a period of years.

How do I know this?

Well, uh... let's just say a friend of mine found out the hard way just how important it is to find and repair errors quickly.  You do not want to be "that guy."  Trust me on this.
